Hi, I'm Mansour

Software Engineer.

I enjoy taking ideas from rough sketches to shipped products, connecting engineering decisions to UX, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Engineering + UX

UI/UX-aware engineering, not a separate role.

I'm primarily a software engineer who cares deeply about how interfaces behave, how flows feel, and how details support the product.

For me, great engineering isn’t only about clean abstractions or scalable architectures. It’s about how systems behave in real-world hands. How state transitions feel. How feedback guides action. How small details reduce friction.

I use Figma as a way to explore flows and edge cases, then bring those decisions into the implementation with a focus on maintainable components and clear patterns.

  • Design-thinking in code

I bring design critiques into pull requests: layout hierarchy, contrast, focus states, and motion.

  • UX in case studies

Selected projects highlight UX decisions alongside technical choices, including tradeoffs and constraints.

In practice, this looks like

  • Pairing with designers to refine flows before implementation, and suggesting small UX improvements when coding.
  • Treating state transitions as first-class experiences, not afterthoughts.
  • Building accessible, keyboard-friendly components with motion that supports clarity rather than distraction.
